In this interactive and engaging presentation, Jo and Elizabeth (“The Tattooed Auditors”) will show you how to make PERMANENT, positive change to your internal audit shop. You’ll learn what it really means to be agile and lean and how these techniques relate to the IIA standards. You will get creative and colorful putting these techniques to work — yes, we are going to make you dust off those creative genes from kindergarten in this session! You will leave with a new map of what your innovative, agile, and lean internal audit shop is going to look like in the future!

• Understand the basics of agile and lean auditing along with the similarities and differences between the two.
• Identify which of the 8 types of waste are present in their department right now, and get to work eliminating them.
• Develop creative, actionable maps for implementing lean and agile practices into their audit shop.
