“Teach like a pineapple. Stand tall, wear a crown, and be sweet on the inside.”
This literally made me laugh-out-loud when a friend sent this to me last week. I am not sure about the crown part, but I do know standing tall and being authentic (which I’d like to think is “sweet” for me) are just a few of the secrets of teaching success.
It is the start of a new semester and I am thrilled to be teaching the next generation of (the best and brightest) accountants! But the real question is – what will they teach me??
